Your first pair of “proper” trainers.
|
After years of my dad getting my brother and me Patrick trainers from Barrett’s at the age of 8 convinced him to get me some Adidas Kick, black with white lines from the small sports shop in Queens Market (not there now and can’t remember the name).
My all time favourites though a few years later were a pair of silver Nike Vandal Supreme from Rita’s on Green Street.
What about you?

Then I got the silver vandals
I still have a pair of silver vandals and the black and gold vandals
I did have some weird grey and yellow adidas shoes which had a pimple sole and massive tongue. I think they were golf shoes and probably cheap and off the market

Curious: What would constitute a 'PROPER' trainer as opposed to a pair that isnt?
